Suzana Sanchez has been renting rooms in her two storey house since 1995.
Located in affluent Nuevo Vedado across the street from the National Zoo, the house is located about 15 minutes from all the most important points in Havana.
All the rooms have private baths, hot water, air conditioning, maid service, safety deposit boxes, ceiling fans, fridges and telephones.
Breakfast is served in her newly renovated marble kitchen.
Parking is secure and guarded nightly.
Amenities for families are available such as cots and playpens.
Laundry and other meals can also be provided for a small fee.
Suzana's house offers comfort and privacy.
Because of this she receives guests from all over the world who often become repeat visitors.
She speaks perfect English and is an excellent contact to have in Havana!
Rooms are 35 to 45 peso convertible a night depending on size of the room.
